At Fason's we use only select pork shoulder meat for all of our sausage products. The shoulder is chopped and ground to a firm consistency with a special blend of mr. Tommy's spice recipe. The product is then stuffed into an all natural pork casing and linked.
The smaller in diameter sausage called the "s.c." is stuffed into an all natural sheep casing. The links of sausage are then smoked to perfection with a blend of oak, hickory,and pecan wood.
Fason's sausage is a tasty addition to any meal, add it to spaghetti or chili, it will really spice it up! It's easy to cook along with breakfast and a great appetizer off the grill before the steaks go on. |
