Robbie Fason's sausage quiche

  • 4 links mild or hot Fason's sausage
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped pimento
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 3 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbs vegetable oil

Pre-heat oven to 350, bake sausage for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, wait until cool enough to handle and cut sausage into thin circles. In a medium saucepan, sautee onion and bell pepper with tbs of vegetable oil. Sautee until onions appear to be transparent. Lighty grease a 13x9x2 baking pan, place in onions, peppers, pimentos, and sausage and stir, distribute evenly in bottom of pan. In a seperate bowl, blend milk and eggs, slowly add flour until mixture is blended thouroughly. Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over mixture in pan, slowly pour liquid mixture until cheese is covered and discard the rest. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned and toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool for 20 minutes, cut into squares to serve and enjoy!

Robbie Fason's baked beans

  • 6 cups drained pork and beans
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper
  • 1 cup regular bq sauce
  • 1/2 cup hot bq sauce
  • 3 links fason's s.c. link sausage(preferred)or 2 reg. links

Pre-heat oven to 350, cook sausage for 25 minutes, remove from oven and wait until sausage is cool enough to handle. Cut sausage into chunky slices. In a medium saucepan sautee onion, bell pepper with tbs veg. oil, sautee until onions have a translucent appearance, remove and place in the bottom of a 13x9x2 pan, add sausage and mix. Add pork and beans, bq sauce and red pepper. Stir until well mixed. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes. This dish is a wonderful addition to any meal.
